We buy our F&B paint from you and had our lounge painted in Stiffkey Blue Modern emulsion .
We panelled the walls and asked your advice how to paint it, you suggested Stiffkey blue eggshell.
It looks fantastic and we are very happy. Thanks for the advice and will be back to see you soon for the next project.

Just a quick note to thank you very much for delivering our order of Farrow & Ball archive paint Claydon Blue to our friends in Rickmansworth. It arrived early on the morning of Wednesday August 16 in plenty of time for our friends to be able to leave for their holiday in France and handing it to us later in the week.
Frankly, with so little time available at your end, we felt that there was only a slight chance of you dispatching it in time. We were really surprised at your efficiency. And grateful also.

After contacting you by mail on Sunday, and then receiving your phone call first thing Monday morning, I have to commend you on your customer service. You did not try to make any excuses and arranged shipment direct straight away which is excellent.
The new tins arrived first thing Tuesday morning, and are being applied as we speak.

Can I please send you some feedback about my recent order? I wanted a particular shade of Farrow and Ball and having found that we couldn't get it locally my builder suggested that he'd go to a local diy store and use their "magic" eye. The great reveal the next day gave me paint the wrong colour which looked hideous when painted in a test patch on the eves of the house. A quick Google gave me your number and I had a chat with Keith who told me
that the packing was being done for the couriers for the day's collections/deliveries. In the time it took to boil a kettle I had placed my order and as promised it arrived the next day and was indeed the right shade. My builder was very impressed with the service, quality and price and has taken your details. I am beyond happy and will certainly use you again

I am self employed and regularly need large tins of Farrow and Ball paint and usually have to buy this from a large DIY franchise store where the shopping experience online, in store and for store ordering is quite frankly a farce. Last time it took over a month to order from them having to travel to the store three times and having them mess up my order and re-order despite numerous phone calls.
