Delivery Information

In stock items, ordered before 2pm weekdays, will be securely packaged and dispatched the same day, on a next working day (tracked) delivery service. We keep huge paint stocks; however some paints may need to be ordered in, or dispatched direct from the manufacturer, which may take longer. You will always be given an estimated delivery date for your order.

Enjoy FREE delivery on orders over £100. 

Orders under £100 carry a delivery charge of £6.95.

Sample pot orders are dispatched on a First Class signed for service with Royal Mail.

Please remember delivery dates are estimates only, and we strongly recommend taking delivery of, and inspecting all your paints before booking a decorator or commencing works.

The following UK post codes will be subject to an increased delivery charge. Post Codes AB31 - 56, FK17 - 21, IV, HS, KA27 - 28, KW, PA20 - 49, PA60 - 78, PH17 - 26, PH30 - 44, PH49 - 50, ZE & HS. Deliveries to these post codes will cost £21.99 including VAT per box. Post Codes BT, IM & TR21 - 25, deliveries to these post codes will cost £26.49 including VAT per box. 

Please also be aware that deliveries to remote locations may take longer, including post codes that do not have an increased charge. We recommend placing your order in plenty of time to allow for delays, orders that arrive after their estimated delivery time that contain mixed paints cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. We do not ship orders outside of the UK.
